asian chicken salad ingridients and direction

2/3 small romaine lettuce, chopped (or use chopped iceberg lettuce)


  2 2/3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (minced or minced)


  2 chopped green onions


  1/4 cup (60 ml) coarsely grated carrot


  1 1/3 cups (300 ml) dried chow mein noodles (more or less can be used)


  1/4 cup (60 ml) sliced ​​roasted almonds or 1/4 cup (60 ml) chopped peanuts


  2/3 to taste of canned tangerines (drained, reserve 2 teaspoons / 10 ml of juice for the dressing)




  Mix all dressing ingredients until well combined;  refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour.


  In a large bowl, combine the lettuce with chicken, green onion, dried noodles, carrots, and chopped almonds or chopped peanuts;  mix to match.


  Pour over the dressing;  Mix to combine.


  Top with tangerine segments.


  Serve immediately.
